Effective 3 August 2026 · Last updated 3 August 2026
This policy explains how subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and when we refund. It applies to THIS WILL MEME ("we", "us", or "our").
Effective 3 August 2026.
Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Each billing cycle includes a set number of images, and unused images do not carry over into the next cycle.
You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account.
If you cannot access your account, contact support@thiswillmeme.com and we will help.
We offer a refund on your first paid subscription purchase if all of the following apply:
Where those conditions are met, we refund the charge in full.
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable. Once a renewal has been charged, the images for that cycle are made available to you immediately, and the cycle runs to its end even if you cancel partway through. Cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to be charged for the next cycle.
The rules above are the ordinary case. We review the following individually, whether or not the 7-day window has passed:
A generation that fails should not consume your allowance. If a failure has consumed images, the corresponding credit is restored to your account. This is a correction to your allowance rather than a refund of money; if your remaining images look wrong, contact us and we will investigate.
Email support@thiswillmeme.com from the address on your account and include:
We aim to respond within two business days.
Approved refunds are returned by our payment processor to your original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or account. How long the refund takes to appear on your statement is determined by your bank or card issuer, not by us.
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence give you a stronger right than this policy, those protections apply.
