These Terms govern your use of THIS WILL MEME ("we", "us", or "our"), including thiswillmeme.com and the application at app.thiswillmeme.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

THIS WILL MEME generates original meme images from a description you submit. You provide an idea and other generation inputs, and the service uses those inputs to generate a meme image. The image is made available in your account. Images are generated for your request rather than selected from a library of existing meme templates.
You need an account to generate images. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity that occurs under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to use online services where you live.
If you are under 18, you may use THIS WILL MEME only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
To purchase a paid subscription, you must have the legal capacity to enter into the purchase or have it authorized by your parent or legal guardian.
We offer paid monthly plans and a limited free allowance for new accounts. The current plans, prices and image allowances are shown on our pricing section and are confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Paid plans renew automatically each month at the price then in effect, until you cancel. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, which issues your receipt or invoice.
If a generation fails, it should not consume your allowance; where a failure has consumed images, the corresponding credit is restored to your account. If your remaining allowance looks wrong, contact support@thiswillmeme.com and we will investigate and correct it.
You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; until that date you keep full access and your remaining images. We do not offer immediate mid-period cancellation. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
You keep whatever rights you already have in the text and material you submit. You confirm that you are entitled to submit it, and you grant us the permission we need to process it in order to generate your image, store it in your account, and operate and secure the service.
As between you and THIS WILL MEME, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you retain your rights in submitted materials and own the generated output. You may use generated output for personal and commercial purposes.
You should understand the limits of that statement:
If a particular use matters commercially, take your own legal advice before relying on it.
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. Image generation depends on third-party providers and can be delayed or temporarily unavailable.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy below, or where we are required to do so by law. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your account as described in our Privacy Policy.
You may not use THIS WILL MEME to create, upload, request or distribute content that:
We may refuse a request, remove content, or suspend or terminate an account for a breach of this policy. We may report content or activity where required by law or where necessary to protect users and the public.
If you believe content generated or stored through the service infringes your rights, email support@thiswillmeme.com with the image URL, a description of what you own, and how we can contact you. We will review the report and may remove the content and act on the account concerned.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that generated output will be suitable for any particular purpose, achieve any particular result, or be free of similarity to other works.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of:
(a) the amount you paid for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
(b) US$100.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer protection rights.
We may change our plans, allowances, prices or these Terms. Where a change affects your renewals, we will give you reasonable advance notice before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before your next renewal.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
This does not remove protections you are entitled to. If you use the service as a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms limits your right to rely on them.
